Delete your data
You can disconnect an account you linked to CredibleAI at any time, and you can ask us to delete what we hold about you. This page says how to do both, and what happens when you do.
1. Disconnect a linked account
Disconnecting is done inside the app, by an owner of the business account. It takes effect straight away.
- Google Business Profile: open Directories and choose Disconnect on the Google listing.
- Google Search Console: open Search, then Insights, and choose Disconnect.
- Facebook and Instagram: if you have connected them, choose Disconnect on the Facebook and Instagram card in the app.
When you disconnect, we delete the access tokens we stored for that connection and we stop reading from it and posting to it. Search results we have already read stay in your account so your history is not lost, until you ask us to delete them. Posts that were already published stay on your Facebook Page or Instagram account; you can remove those there.
You can also remove CredibleAI’s access from the other side:
- Google: Google Account settings
- Facebook: Settings, then Business integrations
2. Ask us to delete your data
Email support@credibley.com from the address you use to sign in, and tell us what you want deleted: the data from one connected account, or your whole CredibleAI account.
- We delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
- Deleting a whole account removes its logins, posts, photos and other library items, search results, listing checks and connected-account tokens.
If you used Facebook or Instagram with CredibleAI and no longer have a login with us, you can still write to support@credibley.com. Tell us the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account and we will find and delete what we hold for it.
3. What we hold
Our Privacy Policy lists what we collect, why, and who we share it with. For anything this page does not answer, email support@credibley.com.
