Terms of Service

1. The Service

CredibleAI (the “Service”) produces marketing content from your own business information, audits how your website appears in search, and checks your business listings across directories. We may add, change or remove features as the Service develops.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
• If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have the authority to act for it.

3. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown before you pay, and payment is taken by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable for a period that has already started.
• We may change prices. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to your next billing period.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you give us: your logo, photos, business details and anything else you upload or enter (“Your Content”). You give us permission to use, store, copy and adapt Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the right to give us Your Content and that using it this way does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

Content the Service produces for you is yours to use for your business, subject to these terms and to the terms of any third-party material included in it, such as stock photos.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to draft and design content. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and right for your business, including any claims about licences, warranties, pricing or results.

We do not promise leads, sales, search rankings or any particular business result.

6. Connected accounts and third-party services

You can choose to connect third-party accounts, such as your Google Business Profile. When you do:

• you confirm you are authorised to manage that account and the business it represents;
• you allow us to read that account’s information and to make the changes you approve in the app;
• your use of the third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms;
• you can disconnect at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data from connected Google accounts.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, their decisions about your listings, or changes they make to their own products.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
• give us content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• use the Service for a business you are not authorised to represent;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the Service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use automated means to access the Service except as we allow.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the CredibleAI name and logo, belongs to us and our licensors. These terms give you a right to use the Service, not ownership of any part of it.

9. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@credibley.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the Service or other people at risk, or is left unpaid. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information drawn from third-party sources is accurate or complete.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CredibleAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims and costs that arise from Your Content, from content you publish, or from your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top, and for material changes we will tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. General

If part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
